Dual diagnosis consists of having a substance abuse diagnosis requiring drug treatment as well as a serious mental illness and/ or depressive disorder and/or personality disorder and/or anxiety disorder . Dual diagnosis drug treatment is offered at The Center for Dual Diagnosis treatment. The primary objectives in treating drug rehab and dual diagnosis patients are to decrease costly, repetitive drug rehab services and to address the drug treatment patient’s whole world and not just part of the problem. We utilize a multi-disciplinary team effort to provide a practical dual diagnosis drug treatment modality increasing compassion and understanding between family members, friends and community. We are committed to giving knowledge about aspects of dual diagnosis drug treatment skills that will enable participants to think clearly and maintain the ability to think critically after dual diagnosis drug treatment and for years to come.
